Earth Day/Youth Service Day Contest for Student Volunteers and ActivistsIn honor of Earth Day and National Youth Service Day, SageWorks Press is sponsoring a contest for the millions of high school, college and graduate students who volunteer locally and globally to make a better world. Whether tutoring or feeding the hungry, building homes with Habitat for Humanity or working on child labor issues, protesting against genetically modified foods or struggling to save the Redwoods, teaching sustainable agriculture in Central America or starting their own non-profit organizations, today's youth are actively engaged like never before.
